The graph is derived only from authored wiki links written in Markdown.

If index links to systems, the graph contains one edge from index to systems. If a file exists but no loaded note links to it, it stays outside the map.

Local view shows the current note, outgoing links, and backlinks. Extended view shows the nearby loaded corpus discovered from the top note, with focus filtering applied as emphasis rather than hiding the whole map.

The top node is always reachable. When the current note is not index, the site top is drawn as a distant home dot with a faint trace back to the selected node.
